Stabilizers

Radsol ICS-22- is an effective low viscosity, liquid polymerization inhibitor or storage stabilizer for photosensitive resins and monomers.  It retards the self-polymerization of UV-coating and ink formulations during storage.

Radsol ICS-16 -is an effective liquid polymerization inhibitor or storage stabilizer for photosensitive resins and monomers. It retards the self-polymerization of UV-coating and ink formulations during storage.

Radsol ICS-41 – is a Nestle’/Swiss Compliant effective liquid polymerization inhibitor or storage stabilizer for photosensitive resins and monomers. It retards the self-polymerization of UV-coating, ink and adhesive formulations during storage without effecting cure properties.

Adhesions promotors

Radsol CR-8 – is an Inert resin available in both 30% and 40% HDDA dilutions.  Radsol CR-8 is recommended for use in radiation curable coatings and inks.  The product is used in association with urethane acrylates, polyester or epoxy acrylates and acrylate monomers. Radsol CR-8 enhances pigment wetting, flow and gloss. It has low shrinkage and provides enhances adhesions to difficult substrates such as PVC, polyolefins, polyester and polystyrene as well as glass.

UVICRYLTM CN8227 (N-VINYL CAPROLACTAM) – Reactive Monofunctional Monomer for use in radiation curable inks and coatings for enhanced adhesions to difficult substrates.  Uvicryl™ CN8227 is an excellent ingredient for both acrylate-based UV and electron beam curable inks, coatings and adhesives. Films formed from such formulations generally show glossy, transparent and good adhesion to the substrates such as plastics.  Uvicryl™ CN8227 imparts viscosity reduction in formulations and accelerated curing speed. Its caprolactam moiety exhibits hydrophobic characters; thus, enhances adhesion on non-polar substrates and less sensitive to moisture.
